All practices run Monday and Wednesday, 6:30–8:00 PM, year-round.


Practice days are adjusted around holidays and for other reasons on occasion.  Once you register, you'll get full access to the live practice schedule and team communications through TeamSnap.

drop-in

$20 per practice

Perfect for first-timers or wrestlers who want flexibility. No membership required — just show up to any practice, including July drop-in sessions.

2026 Summer/fall season

$400 per season · August – November 2026

A full 16-week season to build technique, conditioning, and competitive readiness heading into the school year.

2026-27 winter season

The main competition season of the year — peak training months to develop skills and prepare wrestlers for postseason competition.
